Disordered, Binge, Emotional Eating Treatment
Struggling with disordered eating can feel isolating, overwhelming, and exhausting. Whether you’re dealing with binge eating, emotional eating, chronic dieting, or negative body image, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to help you heal your relationship with food and your body.
I specialize in treating the underlying emotional and psychological factors that contribute to disordered eating. Grief and Loss (Pregnancy Loss)
Experiencing the loss of a pregnancy or the death of an infant is an incredibly painful and personal journey. Whether it’s through miscarriage, stillbirth, or termination for medical reasons (TFMR), the grief that comes with pregnancy loss can be overwhelming and isolating.
In our work together, I create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can process your grief, navigate your emotions, and heal at your own pace. Grief is complex, and there is no “right way” to grieve—our work together will be tailored to your unique experience, allowing you to honor your loss while taking steps toward healing and self-care.
I offer support for the emotional, physical, and psychological impacts of pregnancy loss, using trauma-informed techniques, mindfulness practices, and Acceptance & Commitment therapy to help you manage your grief, anxiety, and the emotional rollercoaster that often accompanies such loss.
