💕 The Nourished Self
In-Person Group Program (Uxbridge, ON)
Dates: May 22 – June 26, 2025
Time: Thursdays, 5:00–6:30 PM
Location: Uxbridge, Ontario
Cost: $510 (covered by most benefits)
A compassionate 6-week group for women healing from body shame, emotional eating, and disconnection from themselves. Together, we’ll explore somatic tools, mindfulness practices, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in a safe, non-judgmental space.
Each session includes guided practices, gentle group discussion, and time to reconnect with your inner self.
